DRDO Apprentice 2025 Notification Released – Apply Now!
New Delhi | August 03, 2025 — The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has opened applications for its 2025 Apprentice Training Program, offering 500 positions across its premier research and development laboratories.
This initiative targets fresh engineering graduates, diploma holders, and technical apprentices, providing them with a one-year hands-on training opportunity on advanced defense systems, including missile technology, UAVs, radar systems, and more.
The apprentice drive aligns with the government’s “Atmanirbhar Bharat” mission and DRDO’s commitment to nurturing future technologists for India’s self-reliant defense ecosystem.
Who Can Apply?
The DRDO Apprentice Program is open to:
- Engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech)
- Diploma holders in engineering or technical streams
- Non-technical apprentices (for select roles)
Eligible disciplines include Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, IT, and Library Science.
Candidates must have passed in the last 3 years and should not have previously undergone apprenticeship at DRDO.
